The Man Down The Street

So in some stories everything also goes well and just everything goes according to plan. He was pulling the body out from the back of the car and Susan was still a little scared.  No one is expecting them to get away with it even though they are the law. 
Some weeks ago there was a case that was given to Phil Banks and Susan Flex.  This man, Tony, was suspect in many murders.  He was very smart about the way that he did it because he would never leave a murder weapon or leave any prints on any of the bodies.  So where do they go from here?  They cant seem to find him in the act or even to catch him doing anything wrong.  They would tale him but they never would see anything.  Phil decides that he is going to send Susan in there to get some info to go undercover.  He lights his cigarette and sits down on the chair in his office.  He calls in Susan to talk to her.  She comes in and says that she is going to do it.  Susan is in the police department but she has a little bit of a dark side to her.  Makes her just a little sexy but makes it really hard to trust her.  She goes into Jon's Bar and sits down two rows down from Tony.  He stares at her because he sees that she is a very intriguing looking woman.  She can't act or look like a cop so she needs to have a little bit of the danger to win his trust.  She starts to drink a little but not a lot.  Tony comes over to her and asked her to come with him to another party.  She says that she will go with him but Phil is following them from a distance.  Tony sees that he is being followed by someone and looks and assumes that she is having someone follow him.  She is scared that she is going to be killed or that they are going to lose this case.  They meet him at the end of road and he parks a ways down but Tony is still worried.  Tony looks at Susan and says I need you to go and kill that guy that is following us.  If you don't then I cant trust you and you are going to be killed with your friend.  She goes up to the car and she is shaking and Phil looks at her and says what is going on.  The next thing that you hear is a gun shot.  Phil fails to the floor and Susan doesn't even shed a tear.  They put the body in the car and drive off.  She gets out of the car and he was pulling the body out from the back of the car and Susan is still a little scared.  She doesn't think that she is going to get away with it even though she is the law.
